4. No Guarantees

EndaViral does not guarantee permanent followers, likes, views, monetization eligibility, or organic reach improvements. Social media platforms regularly update their systems which may affect engagement visibility.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an order has been submitted. Completed orders are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered if the order failed completely or a duplicate payment was confirmed.

6. Account Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for ensuring submitted usernames and links are correct, accounts remain public during delivery, and duplicate orders are not placed across multiple providers.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation or arbitration before court proceedings.
